Shannon Murphy, M.S., BCBA, LABA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst with over ten years of experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Born and raised in Boston, Shannon is passionate about serving the same communities that shaped her, and she brings a deep sense of care and connection to the families she works with throughout the Greater Boston area.
Shannon began her career as a behavior technician and has since grown into clinical leadership roles, including Clinical Supervisor and Assistant Director of Clinical Quality Assurance. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bay Path University in 2018. Her experience across home, school, and community settings has shaped her thoughtful, individualized approach to care.
Shannon is deeply committed to ethical, family-centered ABA services and values strong collaboration with caregivers and clinical teams. She is dedicated to helping children build meaningful skills that support independence, communication, and confidence. Outside of her professional role, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and two dogs.
